Cold Cucumber Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 4 cucumbers, seeded and pared
1/2 onion
1 can chicken broth
2 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. dill weed
dash of garlic powder, salt and pepper
1 small sour cream and chives
Preparation

Put everything in blender except sour cream.
Mix until smooth.
Add sour cream and chives.
Blend.
Serve cold with dill garnish.
Serves 6.
