Lasagna With Broccoli And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 c. broccoli, cut in small flowerets
    1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. nonfat dry milk
    2 3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    2 c. cottage cheese or ricotta
    6 oz. shredded Mozzarella
Preparation
    Oil 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Cook the lasagna noodles until just tender; drain.
    Heat the oil over medium heat, add mushrooms and broccoli and cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
