Taffy Apple Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped peanuts or pecans
6 apples (wedges)

Preparation

In bowl beat cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Spread mixture on serving plate.
Top with nuts.
Serve with apple wedges.
