Butter Pecan Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. sweet milk
    1 pt. whipping cream
    4 eggs, well beaten
    3 c. light brown sugar
    2 tsp. butter flavoring
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. toasted broken pecans
Preparation
    Toast pecans approximately 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients except pecans.
    Chill until ready to freeze.
    Add pecans just before freezing.
    Makes 1 gallon.
