Hot Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large potatoes, boiled in jackets and peeled
    1 can (10 1/2-oz.) condensed cream of celery soup
    2 c. sour cream
    4 scallions, sliced
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. milk
    Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Shred cooked potatoes.
    Add sliced scallions.
    In separate mixing bowl mix soup, sour cream, and milk; mix well with wire whisk.
    Stir into potatoes and onions.
    Fold in Cheddar cheese; add salt and pepper to taste.
    Heat in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes
