Adirondack Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. blueberries, fresh
3/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Take 1 cup of berries, add 3/4 cup water and boil 5 minutes. Add sugar mixed with cornstarch.
Cook until thick.
Cool.
Add the remaining 3 cups of berries.
Pour into baked pie crust. Cover with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
