Chicken Halves Piquant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 broiler-fryer chickens, halved
    3 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco
    4 Tbsp. lime juice
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 tsp. dried tarragon
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Place chicken halves, skin side down, in shallow foil-lined pan.
    Combine remaining ingredients and brush over chicken.
    Bake in moderate oven (375\u00b0) for 45 to 50 minutes, turning after first 25 minutes and brush occasionally with sauce.
