Hot Crabmeat Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cream cheese
1/4 c. minced onions
8 oz. crabmeat or imitation crabmeat, shredded
1 (15 oz.) container fat-free Ricotta cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in processor and puree until very smooth.
Transfer to bowl.
(Can be prepared 6 hours ahead. Cover and refrigerate.)
