Julia'S Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
2 c. chopped celery
3 Tbsp. minced onion
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. almonds
3/4 c. mayonnaise
small can sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
crushed potato chips
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except soup and chips; put in 8 x 8-inch pan.
(Can be refrigerated at this point.)
Pour soup over mixture, do not stir in.
Top with crushed potato chips.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
(Slightly longer if it has been refrigerated.)
