Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (any kind)
    1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. ketchup
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients together; form into balls and brown in skillet.
    Drain.
    Heat on stove the brown sugar and ketchup.
    Mix well.
    Place cooked balls in sauce; let simmer slowly and serve with toothpicks.
    May be simmered in a crock-pot on low.
    Stir often to avoid burning.
