Tomato Beef Soup("Good For Cold Winter'S Lunch") - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. tomatoes
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1/3 c. regular uncooked rice or macaroni
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 bay leaf
    3 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery.
    Add beef in melted margarine until beef is browned.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes.
    Remove bay leaf.
