Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 peeled, diced apples
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Beat together oil, eggs and sugar.
Add remaining ingredients in the order listed.
Mix well by hand and bake at 325\u00b0 in greased tube pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
