Meat Rolls Milanese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    6 small cube steaks (veal if possible)
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 envelope (1 1/2 oz.) spaghetti sauce mix with mushrooms
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    1 small can tomato paste
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine
    spinach,
    bread
    crumbs,
    egg and garlic salt. Spread spoonful
    of spinach mixture on each tenderized steak; roll as for jelly roll and fasten with wooden picks.
    Brown in oil in large skillet over medium heat or flame, then remove.
