Mousse Au Chocolet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    5 Tbsp. hot coffee
    4 eggs, separated
    1 tsp. rum
Preparation
    Into blender, put chocolate chips and hot coffee.
    Cover and blend on high speed until smooth.
    Add egg yolks and rum.
    Cover and blend on high for 5 seconds.
    Beat egg whites in a large bowl until stiff.
    Fold chocolate mixture into egg whites.
    Spoon into 8 parfait glasses and chill for 1 hour.
