Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
12 oz. pkg. (2 c.) chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Mix flour, soda and salt; set aside in large bowl.
Mix milk, sugar and vanilla.
Beat until creamy. Beat in egg.
Gradually add to flour mixture.
Mix well.
Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
Spread in greased 15 x 10-inch baking pan.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Cool.
Cut in 2 inch squares.
