Picante Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 gal. tomatoes
1 gal. onions
1/2 c. garlic buttons
1/2 lb. hot pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
8 bell peppers
1/2 c. salt
1 (48 oz.) ketchup
Preparation
-
Chop all vegetables; add remaining ingredients.
Boil for 2 hours.
Can in hot sterilized jars.
