Cream Cheese Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. soft margarine
2 lb. powdered sugar
few drops food coloring
1/2 tsp. peppermint, wintergreen or lemon extract
Preparation

Combine cream cheese and margarine in heavy bottomed saucepan. Stir over low heat until cheese is soft, margarine is melted and the mixture is thoroughly blended.
Add the powdered sugar and stir until well combined.
