Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 (15 oz.) creamed corn
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. mild grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased baking pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes.
