Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. shortening
    1/2 c. milk with 2 Tbsp. vinegar added
Preparation
    Mix vinegar in the milk.
    Set aside.
    Mix other ingredients. Add milk mixture.
    Roll out.
