Grinath Lemon Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 lb. butter
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. baking powder
    4 1/2 c. flour
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar, adding eggs (one at a time).
    Sift and add dry ingredients.
    Roll and cut into shapes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
