Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (1 lb.) coffee cans, greased
2 c. packed pumpkin
3 1/2 c. flour
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
1 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in blender or in a mixer until thoroughly combined and then add nuts and raisins.
Mix well.
Fill coffee cans 1/2 full.
Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
