Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Minute rice
    1 lb. bulk ground sausage
    1 lb. hamburger (85% lean)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can chili beans
    1 can kidney beans
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Prepare
    Minute
    rice in sufficient quantity to allow 1 cup per
    serving.
    Brown
    sausage
    and hamburger in a 12-inch Dutch oven and drain grease.
    Add onion and saute until clear. In a separate
    pot
    combine beans and tomato sauce.
    Add meat mixture and
    cook
    until
    hot
    over low flame.
    Serve meat and bean mixture over bed of rice.
