Cabbage And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon, diced
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 tsp. each: salt and black pepper
    1 1/2 lb. green cabbage, shredded (9 c.)
    4 oz. medium-wide noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Discard all but 1 teaspoon fat from skillet.
    Add butter, oil and onion.
    Cook 6 to 8 minutes or until onion is translucent.
    Add broth, salt and pepper.
    Bring to boil.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Add cabbage.
    Stir over medium-high heat 3 to 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
    Stir in bacon, then fold in noodles.
    Cook just until noodles are hot.
