Mississippi Fried Oysters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    raw oysters
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. corn meal
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Drain oysters and soak in eggs.
    Mix corn meal, sugar, salt, pepper and flour.
    Dip oysters in corn meal mixture and fry in deep fat until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towels.
