Seafood Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    16 oz. imitation crab flakes
    16 oz. oriental style vegetables
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce (light)
Preparation
    Heat oil.
    Add crab and vegetables.
    Stir over medium high heat for 2 minutes.
    Add seasoning.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Garnish with chow mein noodles.
    Serves 4.
