Pie Crust For Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening
1 tsp. vinegar
3 c. sifted, plain flour
1 egg
1/2 c. ice water
Preparation

Sift flour and salt together.
Cut in shortening. Beat egg slightly; add water and vinegar to egg. Add egg mixture gradually to dry ingredients; mix just enough to hold dough together.
