Bread Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dried sage
4 c. bread crumbs
poultry seasoning to taste
Preparation

Melt butter in a large skillet.
Add onion, celery, salt, pepper and sage.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Add bread crumbs and poultry seasoning.
Toss until well blended.
Stuff turkey.
