Pear Honey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. ground pears
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. crushed pineapple
    1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix and
    heat the ingredients, stirring thoroughly, to dissolve the sugar.
    Boil until thick and clear.
    Pack into hot clean jars and process in boiling water for 10 minutes.
