Broccoli, Tomato And Cheese Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch broccoli
2 eggs, beaten
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes (use pieces and 1/2 to 3/4 c. juice)
1 c. Cheddar cheese sauce or 1 can Cheddar cheese soup (undiluted)
Parmesan cheese
oregano
salt and pepper
Preparation

Steam or boil broccoli (water does not need to be salted). It's better to undercook broccoli then overcook it.
Arrange drained broccoli into buttered 14 x 8 1/2-inch glass casserole dish.
Pour beaten eggs over broccoli.
Pour tomatoes and juice over broccoli and then top with cheese sauce.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt and pepper over all.\tBake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
