Working Cow Girls Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 medium potatoes
1 c. grated cheese
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion

Preparation

Cook and cream potatoes. Put potatoes in casserole and using a spoon, hollow out hole in center about the size of a saucer. Brown hamburger with onion; drain. Fill hole in potatoes with hamburger. Cover the top with grated cheese. Place in oven until cheese melts.
