Leftover Mashed Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. mashed potatoes
1 medium onion, diced
1/3 stick margarine or butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 ham steak, cut into bite size pieces (may use leftover ham)
1 soup can milk
Preparation

Melt butter. Add onion and ham.
Saute until onion is tender and golden.
Add cream of mushroom soup and milk.
Stir until blended.
Add mashed potatoes and cook until hot.
May add extra milk for your own consistency.
