Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 small garlic clove, finely chopped
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. pepper
    2 tsp. onion powder
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 c. Italian bread crumbs
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 cans mushroom soup
    1 1/2 cans water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except soup and water.
    Roll into 1 or 2-inch balls.
    Brown.
    Drain grease.
    Remove meatballs from skillet.
    Turn skillet on high.
    Pour in the mushroom soup and water; bring to a boil, mixing the soup and water.
    Return the meatballs to the skillet and simmer in the soup mixture on 200\u00b0 until ready to eat.
    Yields 30 to 40 meatballs.
