Cocktail Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    2 c. white bread cubes
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 c. catsup
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    2/3 c. grape jelly
Preparation
    Make meat mixture into 1-inch balls.
    Place in baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Cool and freeze; then thaw and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Blend catsup, juice and jelly together; pour over meatballs.
    Serve hot. Makes about 60.
