Grandmother'S Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium size head cabbage
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    pepper as desired
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Shred or cut cabbage in long thin strands with sharp slicing knife.
    Put into a large bowl.
    Add sugar, salt and pepper.
    Mix well through cabbage.
    Let stand while you make sauce.
