Italian Knots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl; set aside.
    Cream the sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla until real fluffy.
    Mix dry and creamed mixture together; let set in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
    Place on lightly greased cookie sheet by rounded tablespoonfuls.
    Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in oven at 350\u00b0.
