Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cauliflower, cut into flowerets
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of shrimp soup (undiluted)
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted and divided
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower 6 to 8 minutes; drain well.
    Place in greased shallow 2-quart casserole.
    Combine soup, sour cream, 1 tablespoon butter and pepper; stir well.
    Pour over cauliflower.
    Combine bread crumbs and 1 tablespoon butter; mix well.
    Sprinkle over soup mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes until bubbly.
    Makes 6 servings.
