Omelette Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    3 c. milk
    1 1/2 lb. sausage or ham
    5 to 6 slices bread
    2 c. shredded cheese, divided
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients, saving 1 cup cheese; put in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle another cup of cheese on top.
    Put in refrigerator overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done. Turn once.
