Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh corn, cut from cob and scrape cob
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
2 medium eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. melted margarine
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients together and pour into buttered baking dish.
Place dish in pan of hot water.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until firm.
