Denise'S Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. London broil or round steak, sliced thin
    1 c. each: broccoli, mushrooms, onions, green pepper, snow peas or other vegetables you desire (approximately 5 c. vegetables), cut bite size
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. cornstarch
Preparation
    Marinate sliced meat in soy sauce.
    Stir-fry vegetables in hot oil.
    Remove vegetables from pan.
    Stir-fry meat in pan, then add vegetables again together with meat.
    Mix cornstarch with 1 cup water and add to meat and vegetables.
    Cook and stir until everything is coated with gloss of cornstarch.
    Serves 8.
