Carrot Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced, cooked carrots (approximately 10)
    2 onions (medium)
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook carrots and onions together; drain and mash.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix.
    Butter or Pam a ring mold.
    Pour carrot mixture into mold.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Let set 5 minutes.
    Unmold onto serving plate.
    Pretty with center filled with peas when served.
