Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. peanut butter (crunchy)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, margarine and milk in a saucepan.
    Bring to a boil on high, stirring until sugar dissolves.
    Cook to a soft ball stage (236\u00b0), or until a small amount dropped into cool water forms a soft ball.
    Remove from heat.
    Add remaining ingredients; beat or stir until mixture begins to thicken.
    Pour into buttered 8-inch square dish.
