Mini Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. butter flake rolls
    1 (4 oz.) can cooked shrimp
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    2 tsp. minced onion
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Grease muffin tin.
    Split rolls in 1/2 roll until flat.
    Put in tin.
    Add shrimp.
    Beat remaining ingredients.
    Put 2 teaspoons in each tin.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until brown.
