Kentucky Hash(Biscuits And Gravy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork sausage
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2/3 c. milk
    1 doz. hard-boiled eggs, sliced
Preparation
    Brown pork sausage and onion.
    Drain.
    Add mushrooms, soup and milk.
    Add eggs.
    Serve over baked biscuits.
