Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can Double Q salmon
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 egg
    3/4 stack crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (unsalted or salted crackers may be used). Roll in thumb shaped rolls and fry in hot, deep fat (corn oil or vegetable oil).
    Drain.
    (Salt, pepper and chopped onion are optional.)
