Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 c. popped corn
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, salt and baking soda. Melt in microwave.
    Pour melted mixture over popcorn.
    Stir well and put in microwave for 2 minutes (Medium-high).
    Stir 2 more minutes in microwave.
    Stir 1 to 2 more minutes in microwave. Spread out on buttered cookie sheet to cool.
    Store in airtight container.
