Pot De Creme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    3 1/2 tsp. dripped coffee
    1 egg
    2 3/4 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. to 2 Tbsp. brandy, Amaretto, Grand Marnier, etc.
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Place all ingredients, except cream, in blender and blend until chocolate chips are fine.
    Heat cream to boiling point and add, blending again, until chips are dissolved.
    Pour into dessert cups and chill.
    Remove from refrigerator 10 minutes before serving.
