Blueberry Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. orange juice
    2 c. fresh blueberries
    5 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Beat margarine and 1 3/4 cups sugar until creamed.
    Add eggs one at a time, blending well after each addition.
    Combine flour and baking powder and mix in alternately with orange juice and vanilla.
    Toss the blueberries with 5 tablespoons sugar and fold into batter.
    Pour batter into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Dust with powdered sugar when cooled, if desired.
