Crawfish Etouffee(Smothered Crawfish) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. celery
1 c. green onions
3/4 c. green pepper
garlic powder
1 Tbsp. pimentos
1 tsp. paprika
1 stick oleo
crawfish
Preparation
-
Cook in oleo until soft.
Add paprika to make red.
Add tails; cook a few minutes.
Add enough water to cover well.
Cook for about 30 minutes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
