6 (5 oz.) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 c. fresh bread crumbs
1/3 c. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. dry white wine
1 c. grated Romano cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 500\u00b0.
Pound chicken breasts to flatten slightly. Combine mustard and wine in shallow dish; stir to blend.
In another shallow dish, combine bread crumbs and cheese; toss to mix.
