Italian-Style Ground Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 c. cold water
    3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. oil
    4 slices Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
    1 c. spaghetti sauce
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    parsley for garnish
Preparation
    With hands, mix lightly together the beef, water, seasoned salt, black pepper and minced parsley.
    Shape into 4 patties, about 3/4-inch thick.
    Coat both sides of patties with flour.
    Dip into egg, then into crumbs.
    Brown quickly in hot oil on both sides in skillet.
    Arrange in shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Put a slice of cheese on each patty.
    Pour spaghetti sauce over patties.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
    Garnish with parsley.
    Good served with a green salad and garlic Italian bread or other bread.
